The Brazilian Journal of Environmental Sciences (RBCIAMB) publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed original research addressing complex socio-environmental challenges through interdisciplinary approaches. The journal prioritizes studies that integrate the scientific, technological, and management dimensions of society-nature interactions and their implications for sustainable development. RBCIAMB is an open-access journal with no article processing charges (APC), committed to the dissemination of scientific knowledge in support of sustainable development. Its growth is continuous and consistent: over the last five years, RBCIAMB has accumulated nearly 500,000 downloads, and in 2026, there are already close to 120,000.
